Billing and Insurance

Your extended benefits or ICBC coverage may help cover the cost of counselling.

Many extended health plans and ICBC programs provide reimbursement for sessions with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). Please check with your insurance provider to confirm whether your specific plan includes counselling coverage.  

ICBC Counselling

ICBC-approved clients are welcome. 

If you have an active ICBC claim and have been approved for counselling, direct billing to ICBC is available.

Extended Health Benefits 

I’m registered with TELUS Health eClaims and Pacific Blue Cross, which means many extended health benefit plans recognize my services for reimbursement. Payment is made at the time of your session, and you will receive a receipt that you can submit directly to your insurer according to your plan.
